My Friend is wonderful, she likes to talk about the dark days

She finds relief in making her mind catch up with herself

And when the lights went out for her, she just let her eyes adjust

Slowly she found her way mightily through unknown places

 

Things only make sense when its you i can hear

You have hands that can heal

She told me that the Darkness is owned by the Light

And despite the way we feel we will not stop the Sun from shining

We hope because we wonder how the silent trees rise up and grow

And as we live on to discover we can delight ourselves

Our Lives have been running parallel for a while
We've been travelling together through this ambiguous place
But i will walk away stronger because of your Love
and i'll be moving on faster because of your care
As we both go our own ways, know we're headed in the same direction
